Lee co-founded NewGen in 1996 with business partner Robin Hiet-Block. Today, Lee is responsible for identifying new trends and technologies, developing NewGen's offerings, and helping the Client Leadership team find technology solutions to their client's business challenges. Lee's position is fundamental in ensuring that NewGen, and NewGen's clients, maintain a competitive advantage by staying ahead of the technology curve.
Lee also has responsibility for the company's sales and marketing activities, including client acquisition, brand strategy, and internal and external communications.
